Doreen was founder/CEO of Mogavero, Lee & Co., Inc., the first and only floor based, direct access firm to be wholly owned and operated by women. Throughout her career Doreen has been an integral part of the Wall Street community. She began in 1975 as the clerk on the American Stock Exchange, working for her father at Tucker Anthony R.L. Day Inc. and then spending a 1/3 of her career working for Ivan F. Boesky and Co.
